Lalit Kumar (owner of Prime Academy) along with his unethical accomplices are bent on maligning Bakliwal Tutorials' and Vaibhav Bakliwal sir’s reputation.
Here is the post that we; the students of Bakliwal Tutorials IIT; had put on BT's facebook page 3 years back to clarify things. But we feel that the post has not reached all the people it should. So, here we are posting it again with minor updates.

------------
We some of the ex Bakliwal Tutorial students on behalf of VB sir (and with inputs from him) are writing this, to make all IIT aspirants (especially the BTians) know the untainted truth. We have tried our best to keep this write up respectful and non personal. Our intention is not to hurt anyone but to make students know the truth.

We have tried our best to keep this write up respectful and non personal. Our intention is not to hurt anyone but to make students know the truth.
Lalit Kumar (owner of Prime Academy) and some other teachers,
directly or indirectly associated with him (Pradeep Nagar, Rajiv Jain, Rohan
Sinha) collectively called as ‘PAs’ here, are probably
disoriented. We feel sorry for them when they throw baseless allegations on our
respected Vaibhav Bakliwal (VB) sir.
Just a little history for the uninitiated,
Bakliwal Tutorials (BT) is the leader in IIT-JEE training in Pune, in terms of
results, practices, culture, infrastructure, quality of students and teachers,
alumni base etc. In JEE Advanced/IIT-JEE exam, Bakliwal Tutorials has produced Maharashtra topper in 2010 and 2015; and Pune topper in 2011, 2012 and 2014. That simply means Pune topper 5 times in last 6 years. Also, for last many years now, BT produces more selections in top 1000/2000/3000/overall in JEE Advanced than almost all the other institutes of Pune put together.
This year in 2015 in particular, we have broken all records. 4 of our students have got All India Ranks in top 110 and 18 students have secured ranks in top 2000. Also in totality 104 students from BT have cleared the coveted JEE Advanced exam which is more than double of any other institute in Pune.

Also in totality 104 students from BT have cleared the coveted JEE Advanced exam which is more than double of any other institute in Pune.
PAs are taking out grudges against VB sir.
There are few reasons for this:
a) BT is the leader and by maligning BT’s image they hope to get more students.
b) PAs feel, that BT has exposed their fake result.
c) BT is the soft target as when 3 teachers had left in june 2011, they tried to create an image that faculties are not treated properly at BT. For the faculties that left in 2012, it was easy for them to blame it on the institute. Also VB sir by nature doesn’t carry grudges and this is known to all.
d) And more importantly, PAs are disoriented and have lost the concept of ‘right’ and ‘wrong’. Greed has encompassed them. We wish God bless them and gives them some sanity.
Because of these reasons, the PAs are bent on maligning VB sir’s reputation. But let us caution them that this will never ever happen. We all students know that VB sir is an ideal human being, a great teacher and a role model for us.
By PAs blog, which is full of personal and baseless allegations, they have again shown that they have gone to the abyss of hatred and do not understand that there is a limit to which you can torture anyone. VB sir has requested them so many times to ‘live and let live’, have sent emails as well, but they are constantly trying to tarnish his image. And now, they have talked about things which are almost a decade old. We wonder why they have not written about a lie which vaibhav sir told when he was in junior KG.
We have decided to clarify those
allegations, once and for all. But before we explain them on behalf of VB sir
(with inputs from him), let us see, if these PAs have the courage and honesty to
answer and clarify few things, even once.
By the way, unlike these PAs, here we
will not ask any question whose answer cannot be verified. It is high time,
that students and every other stake holder understand this distinction. VB sir
has proved their numerous allegations wrong with proofs but there are some for
which there cannot be any proofs. Students’ should strongly discourage them and
us to ask questions or put allegations which cannot be proved one way or the
other. This mudslinging with no logic and truth should not be encouraged at
all. Else it will be never ending. After this reply, they will come up with
some fresh allegations, which cannot be proved one way or the other.
For eg. We know that after teaching
for so many yrs, Lalit sir does not even know that ‘Normal force is an
electromagnetic force’. Or he does not know theory or depth of the Physics subject and
just makes students solve calculation based tough problems. Or his diction is unclear.
Or he has left his 50% partner Jaswant as a mere puppet? Or he has made some
faculties leave yukti and then threw them like waste? Or with sanjeet sir of
shrinivas academy, they did not have a merger but a murder. Or many prime
faculties approached BT, but they were so incompetent that 90% of BT students
knew more subject than them? Or Prime Academy uses names of faculties who never
take any lectures with them? Or Lalit, during his lectures, spends most of the
time talking about BT? Or most of the prime academy students are very
dis-satisfied? Etc. All these examples were true, but we will not put any
allegations here without basis.
Lalit on his blog has put so many
personal allegations on VB. This is absolutely not done. If we write about your
personal life, which has been a mess, would you like Mr Lalit? You have been a divorcee, who assaulted his wife and have Police cases against you. You know, how
much we can write.
Now throughout this post we will not
make any personal allegations, or baseless allegations (the way Lalit has tried
making against VB sir). We will limit ourselves to asking you questions, which
in the interest of students, should be answered by you.
Now before we reply to their personal
allegations on VB sir, there are few answers, which students’ want to know from
Lalit Kumar and others for ages. Show some courage and honesty and answer these
questions atleast once:
Q1 to Lalit Kumar: What is your
IIT-JEE rank? Students need to know this, before
they join you. You are from reserved category and you tell your fake result to children.
Despite of you being from reserved category, you tell your AIR as 44? Do you understand what is AIR 44 in IIT-JEE? AIR 44 must have got 3 times as many marks as you must have got. We have similar proofs for Lalit Kumar as well. But we want that Prime Academy should itself disclose
IIT-JEE ranks of all its teachers. Teachers’ true qualification in IIT-JEE training
is so important and one should not hide it.
By telling your fake ranks, don’t you think,
you have put your alma mater to shame.
Q3 to Lalit Kumar: There has been
this blog for quite some time:
We all students, past, current and
future IIT aspirants want you to explain this. This
is a clear cut case of treachery. We appeal Lalit Kumar to clarify it
immediately. Students join an institute seeing primarily 3 things, first and
foremost the institute’s results; second its culture and practices; and third
the teacher quality? There are question marks for all 3 in case of Prime
Academy. Using such techniques, in short run you may make money, if that is
what you want, but as this fake result will get known among students no one will join you.
Here let us put a small extract from the
blog, which also contains hand written extracts of few IIT Madras students,
exposing them.

PRIME IN CRIME
(Prime Academy crossed all limits in faking results of IIT-JEE 2011)
If you
believe in values like honesty and integrity, if you trust people for what they
claim, read these handwritten texts of 3 students of IIT-Madras at your own
peril:

These are actually just 3 of the at-least 150 ranks that Prime Academy, Pune has faked in IIT-JEE result in last few years. If you want to know
details, you can visit this blog: http://primeacademy-iitjee-fakeresultexpert.blogspot.in/
We had these write-ups for past 3 years now and could have brought their true colors in front of everyone before, but we did not want to disturb the thousands of students of Prime Academy (thanks to their fake results year after year) who were appearing in JEE Advanced/IIT-JEE, who would have lost faith not just in their teachers and teacher fraternity in general, but may be their preparation itself, which was done under these dubious people.

The blog: http://primeacademy-iitjee-fakeresultexpert.blogspot.in/ shows in a detailed manner, how they have been faking result year after year, but here let us just show 1 table and explain their basic 'faking result methodology':

Quick Facts about Fake results of IIT-JEE 2011 :
1. Most of the Ranks claimed by them are Category Ranks and NOwhere on their website, there is any sign or symbol or any slightest of indication that the ranks Do Not belong to General Category.
2. If after reading point 1, you feel that’s not much, let us share something with you, which will SHOCK you completely. Look at the Roll numbers of the students in the table above. Around 50% of them have roll numbers which do not begin with 1. You must be wondering, what that means. Only students who have Roll numbers starting with 1 are from Bombay zone. Bombay zone includes students who belong to any of the following states: Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Goa.
Roll Numbers starting with "2" belong to Delhi Zone.
Roll Numbers starting with "5" belong to Kharagpur Zone.
Roll Numbers starting with "6" belong to Madras Zone.
23 Selections out of all the ones that they have shown have not written exam from any place in Bombay zone forget Pune.
Is it that the students of Prime have went to Chennai to write their JEE exam? Not just 1, 2 but approximately 50% of them!!
3. If that’s not enough, we have more for you.
- Do you think the roll numbers that are starting with 1 are their genuine result ?
- Don’t you think someone who is unethical in one thing and has killed his conscience can do anything unethical ?
- Can such people be ever trusted ?
- Well here is something that may make you Wonder, if they have even one single genuine result.
Four of their students (we wonder if we should use the word ‘their’)
Roll numbers: 1066295, 1063139, 1064204, 1065074 are most likely not from Pune again.
Their result has also been shown by Yukti Baroda. The result can be checked on Yukti Baroda’s website.
We hope all readers will understand that just because we have been able to find only 1 institute in Bombay zone with which they have common result does not mean there are not others. We have got better things to do, than to find fake results of such unethical organizations. But, when we discovered that 1 of their result was fake, we could not resist finding about the rest. And what we have found has left us ashamed. We feel ashamed to be a part of the humanity of which such cheaters are a part.
# 3. How was this Act of
Thanks to the application http://iitjeeresults.appspot.com/ created by IIT- Kanpur student by which one can not only get the results by just JEE registration number, but also by the name and rank. All the above claims are verifiable. Just visit the above application and write the student’s name or rank.
This Fraud is not only in the results of JEE 2011 but continues non stop in all subsequent years. We just took 2011 as an example. For later years, visit: http://primeacademy-iitjee-fakeresultexpert.blogspot.in/
Mr. Lalit Kumar, when will you
stop faking results? Or have you killed your conscience completely and can do
anything to get admissions done? Students owe you an explanation. We challenge you sir, if you have any shame left, kindly answer these
questions.
Q5 to Lalit, Pradeep, Rohan, Rajiv: Is it true that all of you left the
institute you were working last, without giving any notice, infact in the
middle of the time table.
This clearly shows your selfishness and the fact that you have no soft corner for students irrespective of whatever you claim. Did you not realize that it can be so disturbing for students? Cancellation of lectures all of a sudden is very disturbing for the student. You could have at-least waited for few weeks for the Time table to be over.

Q6 to Lalit, Pradeep: Is it true that all of you distributed pamphlets, called students,
tried creating an atmosphere of distrust amidst students. And what’s worse, you
advertised about your change inside the classroom of the institute you were
working before. You distributed
pamphlets inside the classroom of your previous institutes, (where you were
sent as a teacher) about your new venture. distributing
pamphlets about Prime Academy in the other institute’s classroom is illegal
under corporate law and you can be sued.
Q7 to Pradeep Nagar, Rajiv Jain: Before leaving your previous institute, BT, you copied data from
BT’s computer?
We wonder if thieves like you deserve any
explanation from the respectable VB sir.
Q8 to Lalit Kumar: On your official website you have written a page full of false and things
about Bakliwal Tutorials. Do you know this is illegal and a defamation suit can
be filed against you? Can’t you get students on your own merit?
Q9 to Rajiv Jain: Before leaving BT, in all 12th std and the fighters batches, in
your class, asking students, you took their phone numbers. Why did you take
students’ phone numbers without informing the institute?
Q10 to Rajiv
Jain: Why are you
after VB sir for no reason? You have threatened him openly. Immediately after
leaving BT you called all BT teachers and others saying “Ki maine pahle bhi
bahut institute band karaye hain and main BT ko barbad kar dunga.” Your target
was particularly the new teachers, planning to join BT, trying his best that
they do not join us. When you were contacted about what sin we have committed
and why you are behaving like this, this was your sms to VB sir:
--
--
Rajiv’s message to
VB sir on 10/8/2012:
Whatever I have said to others, I will do it, u know by now what has happened to ur new faculties, just wait and watch
--
VB sir’s reply on 10/8/2012:
What ve u said to others? If u ve any courage, sms it to me.
--
Rajiv’s reply message to VB sir on 10/8/2012:
Courage is a subjective term can be shown only, u want to see it in pune or jaipur.
--

--
Rajiv’s reply message to VB sir on 10/8/2012:
Courage is a subjective term can be shown only, u want to see it in pune or jaipur.
--
Now this is a
direct threat to VB sir whose parents stay in Jaipur. What do you mean by “u want to see it in pune or
jaipur”?
Q11 to Rohan sinha: In your last 2 months of BT, you used to
call few students daily and in a subtle manner tried to create an atmosphere of
distrust. In words of 1 student, “Rohan Sir roz naya murga pakadte hain”. When
VB sir asked Rohan about it, he said “ki vo bacha to rajiv ka chamcha
hai aur apne relations kharab karna chahte hain”. But finally you left without
any notice. Express your views.
Q12 to Rohan sinha and
Rajiv Jain: How did you get the phone numbers of
all students of 11th std of BT? None of you have ever taught in 11th
std of BT.
Q13 to Rohan sinha and
Rajiv Jain: Sometimes a
lady called from your office and sometimes you (Rohan and Rajiv)
themselves saying, “That this particular teacher (name purposefully avoided)
has already left BT and today he will be addressing you at our seminar."
The truth is that teacher is not in touch with you. Your open, shameless lies have no ends. Don’t you feel bad when you guys see mirror? Students will never forgive you for the way you are trying to disturb them.
The truth is that teacher is not in touch with you. Your open, shameless lies have no ends. Don’t you feel bad when you guys see mirror? Students will never forgive you for the way you are trying to disturb them.
Q14 to Rajiv Jain: After Rohan’s
leaving BT, the very next day 2 new math teachers (IIT
Bombay pass outs) joined BT and students’ enjoyed learning more from them. That
seemingly further added to your frustration and you called 1 of the new
teachers saying: “we will give u the
same salary as what BT is giving you and you don’t even need to teach.” Is this
true? You also gave other options to other teachers and kept trying creating an
atmosphere of distrust in BT. You also called few new teachers that don’t join
BT and even if you have to join, join after 2 weeks.
Q15 to Rajiv
Jain: Did you
threaten ex BT students who are studying in IITs by calling them, when they had
written things against you on FB? And is it true that you are doing it
repeatedly?
There are many more
questions that we have for them, but let us see if they have the courage and
honesty to answer the above questions. The answers should be backed by proofs
without pure airy explanations.
Now let us clarify
the baseless allegations that they have put on VB sir, on his behalf. The points that you have raised are so
insignificant and ridiculous, that any sane person would only laugh at them.
But still here are the clarifications:
1) VB sir and his elder brother (GB sir) left
Career Launcher by giving a written resignation and 1 months notice. We hope
this is loud and clear. During that 1 month of notice period to CL, GB sir
had discussions with Satya, founder CL, if they can work together on franchise
mechanism. Finally It did not work. GB sir primarily resigned because removing
him, someone else was made the city head of CL, despite of the fact that it was
GB sir who brought it to that level. VB sir and GB sir still have good terms
with the CL core team.
2) VB sir left IITP by informing in advance that
he shall not be taking lectures after the time table ends. We hope this is
loud and clear as well. VB sir had severe throat
problems at IITP because there used to be more than 100 students in his
lectures and there was no mike. VB sir conveyed it to the IITP administration
but they could not help it.
3) Lalit Kumar
after passing out from IITB, which he managed somehow after getting a lot of
fail grades, stayed in IITB, hostel 2, for one more year because anyways he had
no job. Yes there are some students in IIT, who do not get jobs. He used to
stay in VB sir’s wing and many a times in his room also. It is sad that such a
close friend tried his best to disturb BT, by making 3 teachers shift from BT
to Prime Academy by paying them Rs 1 crore and incentives on the number of
students who would leave BT. He gave ad in newspapers which looked like
articles (and in very small font ‘advt’ written) about how and why teachers
have left BT. The reasons were obviously fabricated and untrue. Lalit Kumar
also contacted other institutes in Pune to break other teachers so that BT
shuts down etc. Anyway, it’s extremely painful for VB sir to remember about
that episode. More than professional, it was a personal loss. He wondered
whether there is anything like friendship in this selfish world.
Coming to the
story, On Lalit Kumar’s insistence, VB sir joined Yukti. Lalit Kumar was also
a teacher there. VB sir had an incomparable feedback and things were going on
well. It was then that Lalit kumar along with another faculty ‘Ravindra’ from
yukti came to VB sir’s house and convinced him, “we should start something by
ourselves”. VB sir had no such plans. It was their idea. All 3 of them agreed
that the name of the institute will be Bakliwal Tutorials (as BT-CAT had
infrastructure, fame, as it was doing very well in CAT that time). VB sir also
claimed that VB sir will have more share which was justified by the fact that
his feedback was way superior and he had a general category rank in IIT-JEE.
They both agreed. Mark this point, they
both agreed. They said that VB sir should not convey it to students that
they both are also leaving. But VB sir innocently conveyed it to his fav
students that he is leaving yukti and starting on his own. After BT was announced, Lalit backed out and
continued with yukti. In the process he cleverly got his salary 3 times than
what it was before. But VB sir did not go back and started his institute in
March. We wonder why they have mentioned December in their blog. But like PAs,
VB sir did not distribute pamphlets in the class or outside of some other
institute.
The truth is, VB
sir took all his lectures for the entire month, till Feb End and only left
yukti after the director arrived in town from his honeymoon. This can be
confirmed from any yukti student of 11th std that time or the
director himself. We hope he will say truth about this. VB sir was only
teaching 11th std that time. Throughout the February month, he
took lectures with full sincerity and never talked bad about Yukti. VB sir can never ever do injustice with
students by leaving them in the middle of a time table. He tries his best to
keep his promises and once time table is made it is like a commitment. Also
he does not need to talk bad about any institute; he gets students on his own
merit.

4) You wrote in
your blog: Ashutosh Gautam suffered monetary losses at BT. The truth is that
Ashutosh Sir had taken Rs 1.5 lakh advance, and when he left he returned a part
to us clearing all dues. He gave a notice and VB sir and him are still good
friends. Can be confirmed from him on his mail Id: ashusinghgautam@gmail.com
Kindly stop lying
shamelessly? Will you?
5) Pradeep Nagar,
Rahul Waware, Pritam Sengupta, Avinash Varma, Rohan Sinha all have served BT
for a reasonable time and not for few weeks as you have mentioned. It is just
that under Lalit’s (or money’s) influence they (except avinash sir) left
disgracefully without intimation. Pradeep Nagar on his FB account conveys that
he has worked with BT for good 5 years. Either you are lying or him, decide
first.
6) Bineet or vineet
(as u mentioned him), did not join BT after his demo lectures. Where does the
question of leaving arise. You guys seem to be so desperate to increase the
numbers.
7) Jikku Abraham
sir and Mahadev sir left for personal reasons. They are very good friends of VB
sir. It can be confirmed by sending them emails: jikku.abraham@gmail.com, mahadev251@gmail.com.
Read what Jikku sir said on Facebook in Nov 2012 about your disgusting ways:
--
It is
disheartening to see that Vaibhav Sir has to go through this trial period and
on top of that many people are mud slinging at him. With half truths,
exaggerations,
casual remarks thrown at a person and brutally doing character assassination of a man who has enough credibility in many walks of life is actually disheartening.
But at the same time, what gives me a relief is many people are also there in his support in this ordeal.
After the misfortune event had happened, Vaibhav sir has shown the courage to admit his mistake of reacting in anger which was triggered due to background incidents happening
around his institute, students and teachers.
Saying a sorry in public which I believe he genuinely meant, finishes the matter for me and hopefully everybody involved should act wisely to avoid the least harm to all and settle down.
Gossiping, galloping unnecessary gyan is futile.
As far as I know Vaibhav sir, he is a fantastic teacher and an intelligent man, my professional interaction with him has always been smooth and peaceful. When I was there at BT, we agreed for a period of time to work together and mutually separated based on personal and professional priorities.
We agreed for a remuneration for my services, I thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent together while I was in Pune working with him. I gave him a notice period before I quit, he accepted the same graciously. All my payments were cleared on time including my taxes were filed appropriately.
At one instance I required an advance, he gave that to me promptly, which I paid back to him.
In the context of my personal interaction with him, when I hear that he isn't professional, he isn't ethical, his morals are misplaced etc etc. It is really very disheartening!
Lastly, as the guiding light for an engineering entrance test preparation institute and students at large, I do not even remotely doubt his credibility and his personality is a beacon to many aspiring students.
He is a reasonable man if you are reasonable with him, and that's the way a man should be!

8) Few other
teachers’ names that you have mentioned apart from the PAs were support
faculties for organizing revision tests rather than teaching anything new. So in 7.5 yrs of BT’s existence only around 10 teachers have left
BT, few under the wrong influence of money and VB’s enemies. For almost all institutes across the country the teachers quitting rate is manifold times higher than BT. And after writing all names, what do you mean when you write – ‘the
list goes on and on’. We are replying to you gracefully, without exaggerations
and we expect the same. You are a bunch of strange people, bent on disturbing
BT.
Just to set the record straight, BT now has 30 teachers, which is more than thrice of what Prime Academy has, despite of the student strength being less than double. Most BT teachers are IITians. All of them are extremely competent and committed, chosen after a stringent selection process. Almost all of them have signed 2 year contracts with us, which gets renewed after every year. BT has the best work culture, practices and respectful attitude for teachers and staff than any other institute we know of.
9) VB sir has never
questioned the feedback of the teachers who have left. Stop coining stories. He
never lies. Only for 1-2 teachers, he had told that
they had feedback problem, which remains a fact.
10) It is extremely
funny the way Rohan’s episode has been mentioned on your blog. Actually VB
sir’s father was not in the scene in the beginning and only came to help VB sir
when he shouted loudly for him. No one till the end intervened and it was only VB sir who caught
hold of his father tightly and the altercation ended. Instead of acknowledging that it ended
because of VB sir, he is coining stories. If anyone has intervened Mr Rohan,
kindly introduce him. It seems now you guys no more consider lying as wrong. You
have written VB sir and his father lifted a scooty and threw at you. At-least
make some sensible allegations. Let your strong and ‘so called’ friend Rajiv Jain try lifting a scooty.
Here’s the truth in
VB sir’s words: “On 3rd nov, evening 9:45 pm, I was coming back after my
lecture with my father, when I saw Rohan in the society’s corridor. I told
Papa, I will request for the BT office keys. None of the 3 have returned the
office keys, despite of having left BT long back.
I alone went to
talk to him offered him a hand shake and asked for the keys. Also told him v v
politely (that’s a fact), that sir we stay in the same society. Is, what u r
doing ethical? U r calling BT students’ and saying that a particular teacher
has left and he will be taking the seminar today. He had no answers to this,
instead he shouted, “tune bhi to avinash sir ko hamare bare me kya kya kaha
hai”. . I asked him “kya
kaha hai maine”? And using abusive language he pushed me strongly and probably
wanted to go. It was an impulse and not real me, that I also lost my temper. We
exchanged blows and I loudly shouted Papa-Papa for help. Papa all this while
was in car not aware of what was happening. My Papa is a 60 yr old man,
recently retired. He came and seeing what was happening lost his temper. Every
father loves his son and the kind of torture which they had exposed us to, and
on that hot moment, anyone could have acted the way my father did. In that
altercation, he also pushed my Father, who fell down, suffering severe knee
injury hurting his bone severely. Thankfully, though his knee bled badly but
the bone did not get fractured and he was able to walk, though not properly.
After 5 days also, his knee would is not healed and he has a problem walking.
My nose was bleeding and I also had minor bruises on my leg and hand. Finally I
held my father hard who despite of his knee condition was very angry. Thus the
altercation stopped.”
The police has considered the case Non cognizable long back and has dismissed their claims
as it was a 2 way accidental fight. But Rohan, who wants to exploit the
situation to the fullest, is doing everything he can to malign VB sir.
Unlike you Mr Rohan,
VB sir had apologized that time. Here are the lines we picked from his FB
account:
--
“Now with tears in
my eyes, let me admit, I feel very very sorry that this has happened. I so
badly wish I could change this. I would seriously want to apologise (not so
much to those 3 conscience less people), but to all my loved ones. Apologies to
my father, who unnecassarily got involved, because of me, Apologies to all the
students, who have always looked up to me as a role model. I am so so sorry
that I have put you down. I promise you that I shall exercise more patience and
maturity in future.
I have always dreamt and tried to lead an idealistic life. I have always wanted to work hard and lead a good life so that students’ faith in the teacher fraternity only increases. But there are people who love playing politics and have spoiled this line beyond repair. We have tried ignoring them by using our creative energies constructively. But, I don’t know, why the hell I saw Rohan that day? Why the hell, I thought, I will ask him for keys? And why the hell I talked to him about anything else? They got what they wanted – a way to tarnish my image, for which they were trying so hard all this while.
I think the real asset for me, is the good image that I have created in your minds over all these years. Kindly forgive me for letting you down. Kindly do not believe and spread rumours. And taking this as a forum, I would want to request BT students and teachers to not keep any touch with them. It’s really very high time for this. This politics has to stop immediately. And I just hope, they stop troubling us, our students, and our teachers now and let us live in peace.
Very v sorry again to my students who love me. Though circumstances were like that, but there’s no excuse and I should not have gone to their level. Kindly forgive me and I promise that from my end something like this shall never ever happen:|.”

But it seems Rohan
and allies have got no work, no students and they feel they have got an ‘aladin
ka chirag’, which they have to exploit to the fullest.
11) As Lalit wants
to know, VB sir pays his due taxes, service tax and income tax timely. BT has got immaculate accounts. Now it is your turn
Lalit Kumar to disclose what tax you are paying. Vaibhav Sir is a simple man
with limited needs. He drives a Tata Manza, which is his way to give back to
the company he has worked with. Unlike you he does not have a BMW car worth
more than 50 lakh Rs. He believes in investing everything he earns back in BT
and that is why BT has such a good infrastructure and spacious classrooms at
prominent locations. Apart from his house and BT offices, he practically has no
other investments.
The important point is that
you better do your work rather than analyzing VB and BT all the time. And as we
have already said in the beginning, don’t try to put allegations, which cannot
be proved or verified one way or the other. Most of the conclusions in your blog are
based on assumptions, which are totally baseless. Let us clarify them one
by one:
1) You have written: What student experience is only the “teacher Bakliwal” and which may not be the True one. His faculty and staff get to see someone totally dictatorial and shrewd.
1) You have written: What student experience is only the “teacher Bakliwal” and which may not be the True one. His faculty and staff get to see someone totally dictatorial and shrewd.
Truth:
In BT we share a very loving culture amongst teachers. In between we had
teachers who played politics under some wrong influence, but now we have
rebuilt a very loving and strong team. By the way, students at BT get to see
the real VB, as unlike you PAs, he’s a man of integrity not different inside
and outside.
2) You have written: Why does everyone who quit BT becomes his enemy suddenly and also become
substandard and their feedback also gets mediocre?
Truth: ‘Everyone’. Most of them and VB are good friends. VB has only
said that feedback of 2-3 of them was bad, which is a fact.
3) You have written: Why
only respected Bakliwal has to write such blogs and take help of his past
students?
Truth: VB has never written first, but when unethical people who are
jealous of BT’s success, put baseless allegations, he has to clarify. By the
way, do you PAs have anything to write? Let us see, if you can answer the questions
raised here. May be someone (let us call him MH, yes we know a lot, who has
written this blog for you) can help you with english.
4) You have written: “BT
family BT family”…We don’t understand what do u mean by ‘Family’
Truth: No surprise, you don’t understand. Don’t bother also.
5) You have written: Bakliwal
requests successful students to manipulate testimonials for publicity purpose.
Truth: Kindly be sorry for what you are saying. Else senior BTians
will make you feel that way. VB sir is adored by his students and hence they
write, acknowledging his contribution in their success. From the older
testimonials, we have not changed anything but in few of the older
testimonials, if students had written that they are grateful to BT teachers and
have named them, we have just left it at that they are grateful to BT teachers.
6) You have written: Ex BT students may be at times act naive and are certainly loyal to the organization
but is it really ethical on their behalf to ignore efforts of teachers who
actually taught them? Worst part is they go to an extent of defaming these
faculties just by listening one side of the story. ( Rohan sinha, Pradeep Nagar
etc)
Truth: The disgusting things that they did to BT and the disgraceful
way in which they left BT, it was but natural for us to express our
displeasure. The fact that PAs left in the middle of the Time Table not
thinking about students’ at all, shows that they may be good teachers but bad
human beings. They are selfish and opportunistic individuals with no love for
anyone else but themselves. Being an ex BTian myself, we can vouch for it that
we BT students are always grateful for what we have learnt from our teachers.
That is what we have learnt from VB sir also who himself keeps in touch with
all his teachers who made a significant difference in his life and considers
them as GODS.
But at the same time, if we feel that what they did was wrong, we have to raise our voice else this IIT-JEE coaching line and our society in general will never improve. Also we owe it to our alma mater BT. The way IIT is to IITians, BT is to BTians. We hold far more allegiance towards the institute which brought good teachers and practices for us. In BT, people behind the scene, always have students’ welfare on their mind. ‘Good teachers’ is the result; the cause is the defining values of BT which are deeply woven into the fabric of student’s success and welfare. We wish you could understand the concept ‘BT’, it would have helped you. BT is evolving and once it will be ready it will be a model for every institute to follow.
Also, we have always known both sides of the story. It’s PAs, who
first write their side of the story on FB. By writing subjective, baseless and
false things on blogs and walls, it is they who get us involved.
7) You have written: about 2014 results of BT will not be good.
Truth: BT’s 2014 results shall be awesome. And we challenge you on
VB sir’s behalf, if you can have even 1/3rd of as many selections as
that from BT. In words of our ex faculty and a friend avinash varma sir, BT has 11 students in top 800 in IIT-JEE
2012 and Prime Academy’s first ranker is 1537, which is also not genuine. Is
there any comparison?
With these pathetic and
fake results, don’t you feel ashamed, comparing yourself with BT? Sir, actions
speak louder than words. First show some results and then do the talking.
Now finally let us put here a mail, which VB sir wrote to Rajiv (and copy to Rohan) in August 2012, much before the unfortunate altercation. Hope you PAs can learn something from it:

Am writing this
after a lot of introspection.....and this is not a manipulated mail.....instead
it comes straight from my heart.
Gr8 things happen out of love n not hatred.
I think it will be better, if we throw each other out of our lives. You mind your own business n I mind mine. I shall not talk about u (to anyone) and I am sure that u ppl must also be busy doing some creative works. My best wishes for the same.
Let our thinking be constructive n not destructive.
There are many things in d past which we may not have liked about each other but it's time that we forgive it, at-least forget it n move ahead.
Kindly now do not try to affect BT students (or teachers) by talking to them. It ultimately affects student's psyche n morale adversely. Remember, u were also a student 1ce, tender and pure, full of dreams. N u had immense faith in teachers.
If good teachers like us talk bad about each other to students, it only shatters the faith n respect of 'teachers' in general in d minds of students. We r in a noble profession, let us keep it that way. It may sound a lot of gyan, but finally the point is -- 'live n let live', the foundation principle of jainism.
If u want any further commitment from me, kindly tell me.
Also, do not take my humility for my fear. But at the same time I understand that this animosity is not going to help anyone. So, if knowingly or unknowingly I have ever hurt u, kindly forgive me n also forget me.
If sm1 from 1s own side, will talk to me about u, I will say, "it's a closed chapter. N good wishes to them."
If despite of this mail n my assurance that for me u do not exist (u live ur life n let me live mine), u still want to continue with the hate relationship.....then atleast I 'll have d satisfaction that I did my bit.
Kindly delete my name from ur phone books and life. Good luck to u.
Best Regards,
Vaibhav Bakliwal

Let us finish this with a
popular quote: “A teacher affects eternity, he can never tell, where his
influence stops.” So let
us request dear PAs -- teaching is job of responsibility. Do some
introspection; you really seem to be disoriented and misguided.
Bakliwal Tutorials has been constantly producing the best results in Pune for many years. 300+ students qualified for Jee advanced and 70+ students got ranks below 10000 in Jee advanced, which is far more than their competitors. It has produced city topper 4+ times in Jee advanced and also state topper. See my blog on Best Coaching for IIT in Pune here http://www.ransphire.com/blog/best-iit-coaching-classes-in-pune/
ReplyDeleteis there proof of lalit sir being a divorcee and the police cases? and the 1 crore incentive , how could he get so much money in the start? i Just wan to know.
